Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page. A skip link to bypass navigation. Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout.

Text and interface colors chosen for sufficient contrast against their backgrounds. Tap targets sized for comfortable use on mobile. Accessible names on all icon-only controls, and form fields paired with visible labels and clear error messages.

Some third-party tools used for scheduling or document exchange may not fully meet our standard. Where a barrier exists, we provide an alternative channel by phone or email on request.
